Main stages of our intervention:

  • Definition of the production process
  • Drawing up of the plan of the plant, sizing and arrangement of the workshops
  • Conception and writing of the technical specifications logbook
  • Consultation of suppliers, technical and financial negotiation
  • Supervision of the supplier’s work and follow-up of the payments
  • Acceptance of the plant without reservation
  • Technical assistance
