History and location

In 1991, with over 15 years' experience in the agri-food production sector Jean-Louis SOURBÈS set up IRTECH with the aim of designing and developing design and develop innovative industrial processes, mainly for the seafood the seafood sector, whether for onshore or onboard units.

IRTECH is based in Brittany, in the heart of one of Europe's most important regions in Europe for the food processing industry.
